Workshops

Stress management workshops are customized based on your organization's needs and participants’ responses to a questionnaire sent prior to the session. Workshops can range from two hours to two days depending on your time frame and budget. Participants are offered a one hour coaching session within 4 weeks of the workshop.

Conference Breaks: Stretch and Re-energize

Attending conferences can be stressful. Sitting in conference meetings for hours on end can leave your attendees feeling stressed, stiff and generally out of sorts.

Take the edge off by offering your attendees a Stretch and Energize session. These sessions are scheduled in between conference sessions and last between 10-20 minutes. Participants learn simple stretches and breathing techniques which are done while sitting and standing, while dressed in work attire.

What do I teach in a typical conference Stretch and Energize Session? 

No matter what your age, body type or physical ability - everyone can do these stretches. All poses are done in a chair or standing while wearing work clothes.

Stretches and breathing techniques which:

  • reduce tension in shoulders, back, neck, hips and legs
  • bring flexibility to the spine
  • improve circulation and digestion
